Version 0.80

Version 0.80 of sctb is the first release version.

1. This version includes the basic functionality for doing charge self-consistent tight-binding calculations. It includes codes for energy, force, and virial calculations.
2. There is presently only one example in the manual. This is the Alpha test problem: a 1x1 unit cell of the 111 surface of Silicon.

Note that the distribution of sctb is password protected. This allows us to more accurately track the users of the program. See Obtaining the Source Code for more information.
