SCTB: List of Files

This is a discussion of the actual program files for the sctb code. The discussion of the format of the input and output files are given elsewhere.

The files in the source code distribution of sctb are:

• build_scc_tb, which is discussed in the Installation section.
• Scripts needed for compilation are in exec/ . These include
  • f90makedep : Make dependency lists for FORTRAN files.
  • f90wrap : Wraps lines that are longer than the FORTRAN 90 standard allows
  • make_f90_interfaces : Makes interface blocks for all routines in a FORTRAN 90 source file.
• The source code is arranged into three directories:
  • tb_force_routine/
  • generic_forces/
  • generic_eval/
  The first contains the actual tight-binding calculation code, the second contains a generic interface for calculating energies, forces, virials, etc., and the third contains the source for the actual executables.
